We’ve been preparing chalet food in the French Alps for years and pride ourselves on presenting top-quality dishes for all our guests in our catered chalet.
Here at Whitebeam Chalets, we provide well-prepared, home-cooked food that tastes amazing and looks fantastic on the plate.
Our aim is to bring you popular dishes comprising exciting ingredients that you wouldn’t necessarily eat at home.
We want you to have an amazing ski holiday and to enjoy our delicious chalet menu throughout your stay.
After all nothing brings people together like a table of home-cooked food!
Preparing a chalet menu is a team effort
Whitebeam Chalets always spend the first few weeks of the winter preparing a new catered ski chalet menu for the ski season ahead.
Our team collaborates to bring an amazing chalet menu plan to your table. It is always so much fun!
First we brainstorm the menu items, each chef brings with them their best recipe ideas. We try and test each dish along with our friends here in the Alps – which is always yummy to say the least!
We have a lot of fun with tasting sessions and organising food presentation.
Then each chalet host practises cooking and serving guests in each of our chalets in the Paradiski region.
Preparing chalet food in the French Alps is a real joy, with a rich array of local ingredients to work with. We offer dishes from all over the world, including Asia.
What you find on your plate year will really reflect the personalities and expertise of the Whitebeam Chalet team. A lot of love is put into our menu choices.
Our daily chalet menus
We offer a three-course meal each day, along with sumptuous red or white French wine we have selected to complement the meal. You’ll look forward to your evening meal as it provides the perfect end to every ski day!
Our starters are totally scrumptious, with main meals designed to complement the flavours of your hors d’oeuvres. All our desserts are heaven to taste, and a different one will be supplied each evening.
Our children’s ski chalet menu offers a different meal each day, but we understand that kids may have strong likes and dislikes.
We will sit down and talk to them (and you) about the menu plan at the beginning of the week so their preferences are taken into account.
We are happy to provide meals for vegetarians and for those who need gluten-free options. Please let us know in advance if you have any dietary requirements and we will do everything we can to accommodate them.
Chalet ski holiday afternoon tea
Afternoon tea will be prepared for our guests each day. This will include sweet and savoury snacks to fill your tummy after a long day of skiing in Les Arcs, Peisey-Vallandry and La Plagne.
The catered ski chalet menu options will be displayed on a daily basis so you know what treats are in store for your evening meal.
You’ll have to come and visit to see (and taste) all the delicious delicacies we have in store for you!
